Bastei Bridge

Bastei Bridge

Located in Bohemian Saxon Switzerland, Germany, Bastei Bridge is the most famous rock formation in the area  It is open to the public 24 hours a day and is free of charge.

The Narnia film The Lion, The Witch, and The Wardrobe was filmed in the Tisa Rocks Labyrinth, which is very close to the Bastei Bridge.

A man-made bridge runs through the unique rock formations.  From Bastei Bridge you see a beautiful view of the Elbe River and the valley below.  The bridge was built in 1851.
