Teatro dell'Opera di Roma

Rome Opera House

The Teatro dell'Opera di Roma was built in 1880.  It originally seated 2,212, but after renovations it now seats 1600.  Tosca premiered there in 1900, and my daughter and I had the privilege of seeing it performed there in 2025.  Ticket costs vary depending on the production and the seat.  We sat in one of the boxes and our tickets were more than 100 euro each.  Their official website is here:

We had a nice view from our box, but the gal sitting next to us on the second row in the corner couldn't see at all - she ended up leaving partway through the show.
